Clothing Personalisation
Our clothing range is priced including personalisation.
This is either screen printed in one colour one position or embroidered with up to 5000 stitches in one position.
Both of these personalisation methods are flexible to meet your own requirements.
Screen Printing
This print process ideally suits T-shirts where fabric is relatively flat resulting in a good even print. Generally the print process is carried out using a carousel screen printing machine, enabling us to produce perfect multi-colour results time after time.
To produce a print we require a screen to be produced from your artwork. This is usually charged at £35 per screen (a separate screen is required for each colour and design).

Embroidery
This process is generally used on most clothing giving a high quality feel and excellent durability. Your embroidery is applied using a state of the art computer controlled machine using a pattern produced on disk. The disk is costed based on the number of stitches in your design. The design disk is charged at £10.00 per thousand stitches.
To give you an idea of what you get for 5000 stitches, the picture above is an actual 5000 stitch design. Don’t worry if your design is more than 5000 stitches, extra stitches are available, you are only restricted by the size of the garment.

Polybagging
All garments can be supplied individually polybagged. On many items you will find that the description says that the garment is supplied polybagged at no extra charge. Where it is not included, polybagging is available at an additional cost if 15p to 25p depending on the garment.
